Hi! Number 9 seems to be a pattern for a zipped pouch. In number 9 the hole punch is for the attachment of a leather strap using a rivet, which the strap then can be looped around the bag's shoulder strap and into itself through an opening, allowing the pouch to be detachable. Here are a couple of pics of the Mansur Gavriel bag for reference.
I very much like to learn how to make similar leather bag. Where is the pattern please.
